Website and Prospect Privacy Notice

Effective date: September 17, 2026

Who we are and what this notice covers

UnloadRisk, Inc. (“UnloadRisk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information about visitors, people who contact us or schedule meetings, and individuals who receive or use our personalized prospect pages. Personal information includes information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you.

UnloadRisk Advisors, Inc. is a separate affiliated company. Its financial privacy notice applies to the consumer financial information and relationships it covers. This website notice supplements that notice where relevant and does not reduce any rights or protections under applicable financial privacy law. You can request the applicable financial privacy notice using the contact details below.

This notice covers this website and our prospect outreach. It does not cover any separate product account, trading platform, or client relationship, each of which is governed by the terms and notices provided to you when it is opened.

Information we collect

Information you provide. We collect information you submit in chat messages, inquiries, and meeting requests. This can include your name, business email address, employer, job title, contact details, questions, and information about your company's needs. Free-text messages can contain other information you choose to provide.

Website and technical information. Our website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights on its pages. These services collect usage and performance information, such as the address of the page visited, visit times, referring pages, browser and device characteristics, approximate location derived from the network connection, and page loading and responsiveness measurements. Our analytics provider states that it identifies visitors using a value derived from the incoming request rather than a third-party cookie, and that the value identifying a visit is discarded after 24 hours. We also process the IP address of requests to our chat and demonstration features in order to limit how many requests one visitor can make in a short period.

Prospect information. We use business-contact and company information to prepare personalized pages, to invite selected individuals to view them, and to make direct business approaches by email. Our sources are: information you or colleagues at your organization give us; referrals and introductions; publicly available business sources, including company websites and public government and regulatory registers; commercial business-data providers, including services that compile professional profiles, that locate and verify business email addresses, and that compile publicly reported operating and trade data; and our own research, including automated collection of information published on company websites and professional-networking profiles. We seek information about people in their professional capacity and about the businesses they work for. We do not seek information about your personal or household life.

Meeting information. When you book a meeting through our Google Calendar booking page, Google collects the information entered there. We receive the booking information made available to us, such as your name, email address, meeting time, and responses to booking questions.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account credentials, government identification documents, or sensitive personal information through the website chat. Contact us to arrange an appropriate channel if such information is needed for a service.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate the website, deliver its features, and answer inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings, communicate with you, and follow up on your requests.
  • Prepare company-specific materials and evaluate potential business relationships.
  • Decide which businesses to approach, what to say to them, and in what order.
  • Understand how the website is used and improve its content, reliability, and performance.
  • Limit abusive chat and demonstration requests, investigate security issues, and protect the website and its users.
  • Maintain appropriate business records, comply with applicable legal obligations, and bring or defend a legal action.

Automated and AI-assisted assessment. Deciding who to approach involves automated steps, some of which use artificial intelligence. For a business contact we may generate a short summary of that person's professional role, generate a written rationale for why their business may need what we offer, assign a score, a priority and a market segment to the contact, and generate a draft message addressed to them. Our message templates and the list of businesses we approach are reviewed and approved by a person, and individual messages are then sent by an automated process. These assessments concern business fit and commercial priority. They are not assessments of you personally, and they do not produce any decision about you that has a legal effect on you or that is similarly significant. You can ask us about an assessment, or ask us to stop, using the contact details below.

Personalized prospect pages

Some pages are prepared for a named company and are shared only through a link we send to selected individuals. The address of such a page contains the company's name together with a random identifier, and the page may greet its intended recipient by first name. The page is not listed anywhere on this website, it is marked so that search engines do not index it, and an address we have not created will not load.

The random identifier makes the address impractical to guess, but the address is not hidden from everyone. Because the company's name forms part of the address, our website-analytics provider records that address as part of ordinary page-view measurement. The practical effect is that we can see how many visits a particular company's page received, and from roughly what location and device.

We do not operate a tracking pixel, a read receipt, or any other mechanism that records an individual person opening or reading one of these pages, and we do not automatically attach page-view measurement to a named person's contact record. We do keep an internal record of which address we sent to which individual. That means a visit to a company's page and the person we sent the link to are capable of being connected by us, even though we do not do so automatically.

A personalized link may be forwarded to, or opened by, someone other than its intended recipient. The link alone does not verify who is visiting. Please avoid forwarding a link to material intended only for your organization.

Chat messages

Some pages include a chat feature. We operate it ourselves rather than through a third-party chat product, and its replies are generated by an artificial-intelligence model rather than written by a person. When you send a message, the text of that message and the earlier messages in the same conversation are transmitted to our own servers and from there to the commercial AI provider that generates the reply, which processes that text in order to produce the response.

We do not store your chat messages. They are not written to any database, file, log, or mailbox by UnloadRisk, and no one at UnloadRisk reviews them. A conversation exists only in your browser while the page is open and in the requests needed to produce each reply. Closing or reloading the page ends it. Because we do not keep the messages, we cannot retrieve a past conversation for you, and we do not use them to train any model. Our AI provider's own handling and retention of the text we send it is governed by its terms and privacy commitments, not by ours.

The recipients of a chat message are therefore: our website host, which serves the page and runs the request; our own engine, which composes the request; and the commercial AI provider, which generates the reply.

Separately, we process the IP address of chat requests only to limit how many requests one visitor can make in a short period. That value is held in temporary server memory for a rate-limiting window measured in seconds. We do not write it to a database or a file.

Please do not send anything through chat that you would not want transmitted to an external AI provider. You can contact us using the details below if you prefer to make an inquiry without using chat.

Analytics and tracking technologies

We set no cookies on this website. We do not use cookies, browser local storage, or session storage. We do not use advertising or social-media tracking pixels, a tag manager, or any session-recording, session-replay, or heatmap tool. We do not operate any tool that builds a profile of your browsing across other websites.

Our analytics provider describes its Web Analytics service as providing aggregated statistics without third-party cookies, and its Speed Insights service as collecting anonymous performance measurements. Those descriptions relate to those services. As explained above, the address of a page can itself carry identifying information, which is the case for our personalized prospect pages, and our chat and prospect records can contain personal information.

If you open our booking page, that page is provided by Google inside this site or in a new tab, and Google may set its own cookies and collect information there under its own privacy terms.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. There is no common industry standard for how websites should respond to a browser Do Not Track signal, and this website does not currently change its behavior in response to a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. We do not need to, in this respect: as stated below, we do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising, so there is no advertising opt-out for such a signal to exercise. You can ask us to stop processing your information for the purposes described in this notice by contacting us.

When we disclose information

We disclose information as needed for the purposes described in this notice:

  • Service providers. Providers that support website hosting and deployment, analytics and performance monitoring, the artificial-intelligence model behind our chat feature, business communications, meeting scheduling, error monitoring, security, and the sourcing and verification of business-contact information. They may process information only to provide those services to us.
  • Relevant affiliates. We may pass a business inquiry and related information to UnloadRisk Advisors, Inc. when needed to respond to a request concerning its services. Any consumer financial information remains subject to applicable financial privacy restrictions and notices.
  • Legal and security recipients. Authorities, professional advisers, or other appropriate recipients when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse, or bring or defend a legal action.
  • Business transfers. A party to a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • Recipients you request. Other parties when you direct us to disclose information or provide applicable consent.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. We run no advertising or social-media tracking on this website, so there is no advertising opt-out to offer. If that ever changes, we will update this notice and provide the opt-out method applicable law requires before making the change.

Google Calendar and external services

Selecting “Schedule a Meeting” takes you to a Google Calendar booking page. Google's handling of information through its services is described in its own privacy terms and applicable service terms. Our handling of booking information we receive is described in this notice. Other external websites have their own privacy practices, which you should review when visiting them.

How long we keep information

We determine retention based on the purpose of collection, whether an inquiry or business relationship remains active, the sensitivity of the information, security needs, and applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements.

  • Chat messages. Not retained by us at all, as described above. Any retention by the artificial-intelligence provider that generates a reply is governed by its own terms.
  • IP addresses used for rate limiting. Held in temporary server memory for a rate-limiting window measured in seconds, then discarded. They are not written to a database or a file by us. Our website host keeps its own operational request logs, which can include IP addresses, under its own retention schedule.
  • Identifiable prospect, inquiry, and booking records. Kept while we are actively pursuing or maintaining a business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for business-record, security, and legal purposes. We also keep a record of business contacts who have asked not to be contacted, for the specific purpose of honoring that request, which means we do not delete the minimum information needed to keep you suppressed.
  • Analytics and performance data. Held by our analytics provider under its retention schedule for the plan we use. The value identifying an individual visit is discarded after 24 hours; the remaining measurements are retained in aggregated form.

A legal preservation obligation or an unresolved security issue may require longer retention of relevant records. We retain those records only as justified by the applicable obligation or issue.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website or method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed completely secure. A difficult-to-guess prospect-page link is not a guarantee that its contents will remain confidential.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to use chat or book a meeting. If you do not provide information needed to respond to a request, we may be unable to fulfill it.

Stopping our outreach. You can ask us to stop sending you business outreach at any time by replying to any message we send you, by using the opt-out option included in our commercial email, or by contacting us using the details below. We will add you to our suppression record so that we do not contact you again.

You can contact us to ask about our information practices or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Depending on your location and the law that applies to us and your information, you may have additional rights, including data portability, objection or restriction, withdrawal of consent, or opting out of certain sales, advertising uses, or profiling. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent or appeal a request decision. Contact us using the details below to exercise a right or submit an appeal, identifying the request concerned.

We may need information to verify your identity or an agent's authority. Applicable rights are subject to legal exceptions, including requirements to preserve records. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Changes to this notice

We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
